Paul William Consavage, 79, of Haslett, formerly of Williamston, peacefully passed away on Friday, February 02, 2024 at his residence. He was born March 18, 1944, the son of Stanley and Ariel Consavage. Paul grew up in Williamston, and graduated in the WHS Class of 1962. He worked at and retired from Fisher Body in the Small Tool Repair division. Paul loved anything automobile and motorcycle – from working on them, to buying and selling them, to attending racing events and shows with his sons. He loved shooting pool, playing Euchre, and he especially enjoyed a spirited game of cribbage with his grandsons whenever he got the opportunity! He was a very proud Grandpa, and he was thrilled in recent years to become a Great-Papa as well!
Paul is preceded in death by his son, David Consavage; his parents, Stan and Ariel; brother, Ralph Consavage; sisters, Carolyn DuBois and Sheryl Consavage, and his nephew, Rion Norton.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his children: son, Paul (Tammy) Consavage II of Williamston; daughter, René (John) Rafalowski of Williamston; son, Dennis (Kim) Consavage of Perry; four grandchildren, Master Sergeant Caleb Lounsbury USAF, Cassandra (Brendan) Halpin of Baldwin City, Kansas, Cameron (Chanelle) Lounsbury of Plain City, Utah, Brenton Consavage of Williamston; and four great-grandchildren: Kate, Sarah, Hollis, and Harriet.
In accordance with Paul’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no public services at this time.
