Ricardo (Richard) Marinez, age 67, passed away on August 6th, 2023. He left this world to join his parents Teodoro and Catalina along with his brother Jessie. He is survived by his sisters; Blanca (Joe) Amaya, Alamar (Griff) Canfield, Juanita (Gilbert) Gonzales, and Teresa Marinez, his brother; Teodoro Marinez and Jose (Jodi) Marinez, along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Ricardo enjoyed a long career as a respected emergency room technician at St. Lawrence and Sparrow Hospitals. Ricardo enjoyed antiquing along with some of his siblings. He became well versed on antique vases and some WWII memorabilia. He was very proud of his Hispanic heritage and was well known in the community. In compliance with his wishes, there will be no funeral or visitation. There will be a future memorial gathering with details to be announced by his family at a later date.
