Age 79, our loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather went home to be with his Lord on May 19, 2013. Born February 16, 1934 in Lansing, MI. the son of John & Margaret Pricco. Dick served with the U.S. Army in Korea. He graduated from M.S.U. with a Bachelor's Degree in Business. Dick was in the Insurance Business for many years, before becoming the owner and operator of the Pohl Insurance Agency, Inc. and earning the C.P.C.U. distinction. He was a member of St. Therese Church. He enjoyed golfing and bowling.
Surviving are wife of 53 years, Joan M. Pricco; his four children, Lawrence (Shelly) Pricco, Nancy (Patricio) Mena, Steven (Kristen) Pricco, and Mark (Colleen) Pricco; nine grandchildren, Ryan (Sara) Pricco, Jessica (Chad) Walder, Evan Pricco, Jason Thornsbury, Virginia Ashley, Kyle Mena, McKenzie Pricco, Hannah Pricco, and Ella Pricco; three great-grandchildren, Anthony and Lillie Pricco, and Jayla Dunn; brother, Donald Pricco; and many other family members and friends. Dick was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, John "Jack" Pricco.
Visitation is from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday with a 7:00 P.M. Wednesday Vigil Rosary in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing. Funeral Liturgy is 12:00 P.M. Thursday, May 23, at St. Therese Church, 102 N. Randolph, Lansing with Msgr. Bernard Reilly presiding. Viewing will be from 11 to 12 P.M. Thursday at church. Military Honors will be provided by Morley Oates V.F.W. Post #701 of Lansing. Interment will be later at St. Joseph Cemetery. Contributions may be made to St. Therese Church in memory of Dick.
