RC was born on November 5, 1990 and he was loved greatly by his Parents Richard K. Tischer and Christine (Garchow) Tischer. His siblings included his younger Sisters Jennafer and Sage Tischer. RC was survived by his maternal Grandfather Robert Garchow and his paternal Grandmother Joan Tischer, also by many Aunts, Cousins, his two young Nephews, Uncles and Best Friend Westley Taylor. RC was predeceased by his maternal Grandmother Josephine (Bair) Garchow and his paternal Grandfather Richard D. Tischer.
RC attended Williamston High School, class of 2008. He played football, enjoyed music and valued countless friendships.
With the foundation of those friends and family, RC made the courageous decision to enlist in The United States Army. At the age of 17 he proudly dedicated his young adult life to serve our country. During his time deployed overseas fighting the war, his Battle Buddies said he was one of the youngest men they had served with. However he had the courage, pride and determination to accomplish what even older, stronger men could not imaging facing. These near death experiences resulted in him gaining countless “Brothers.” A special bond with each of the men he served with was established and he stayed connected with them over the years. RC would not allow the alliance they formed to diminish over time. Although on November 15, 2011 Tischer completed his service to The United States, the fight within himself was never won.
Following the Army, RC established and operated his own Electronic Repair business, called “Veteran's Computer Repair.” He truly had talent and passion involving technology.
RC's family and friends will always love and remember him for his one of a kind smile, bravery, intelligence, humor, contagious laugh, positive attitude, the endless pride he had for our country and how he always stayed true to his character. He will always be a hero to those who knew him, forever loved and never forgotten.
