Robert Glenn Weinert of Lansing, Michigan passed on to be with the Lord on Saturday January 18, 2025. He was the son of Patricia Marie (Daniels) Weinert and Donald Henry Weinert and was born in Battle Creek, Michigan on January 10, 1953.
Robert is survived by his wife, Yan Min, and his sisters Kimberly O'Connell (Peter) and Gail Foster (George). Robert is a graduate of Everett High School in Lansing, Michigan and lived in Lansing his entire life. He was a follower of Christ for over 40 years, a devoted student of the Bible and also engaged in Christian activism.
Bob was an avid reader and possessed considerable knowledge in theology, history, economics and politics. Robert had a successful career in sales and married late in life to the woman of his dreams. Robert was known as "Bob" to his family of friends who were an integral part of his life, remaining close to him for decades. He will be sorely missed. A memorial service will be held at Grace Presbyterian Church at 1301 W. Wieland Road, Lansing Michigan on Thursday January 23, 2025 at 10:30 a.m.
