Sandy was a longtime member of the Capital Area Music Teachers Association, and I appreciated sharing our common interest in teaching young people the art of music through the piano. Sandy had a calm, friendly manner which would have communicated well with her work with students, one-on-one. I speak for many fellow members of CAMTA in remembering and appreciating her life.

Sandra was my sister and my friend. I know she is in heaven, yelling at the children there, "Curl those fingers! Sit up straight! Practice! Practice! Practice!" I hope they have slots in heaven. We loved going to the casinos. My condolences to her children and grandchildren. They lost a love of their life, twice over within a month. In her younger days, my sister was a ballerina. She loved it. I am so proud of her. You did good sis. RIP

Sandy was a piano teacher and active member of Lansing Matinee Musicale for 28 years. I thank her for organizing the Federation Festival for about 10 years. Thank you, to her family who helped her with the Festival, especially her daughter and grandson, and brother whom I met. Sandy was also, LMM president 2006-2008 and she brought back having Study Clubs which became Music Out-Reach for the organization. I extend my sympathy to the whole family on her death. I pray she is at peace in heaven with her other family members.
