Santos Martinez

Born November 25, 1925 to Crisceno and Pauline Salazar, died August 6, 2011 in Lansing, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her son Carlos Martinez. Surviving is her husband Gilberto E., and her children, Francisca (Frank) Garcia, Gloria Martinez, Margarita Hernandez, Gilbert Martinez, Jr., Rosa Martinez, Dolores Bonilla, Guadalupe (Timothy) Schmidtchen, Mary Ellen (Pedro) Martinez, Pauline Martinez, Mary Jane (Arturo) Lopez, Joe Martinez, and Anita Martinez as well as many grand children and great grand children.

She enjoyed cooking and sewing. Santos loved spending time with her family. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Gorsline Runciman Lansing Chapel, 900 E. Michigan. Funeral Services will be held at 12 Noon on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at the Mt. Hope Church 202 S. Creyts Road, Lansing, Michigan. Contribution may be made to the Hospice of Lansing, 4052 Legacy Parkway, Suite 200, Lansing, MI 48911. The family is being served by Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes.
