Taryn Brown

She loved her two children James and Brooke Brown with every ounce of love in her heart. She constantly bragged about Amanda Brown and how she was the luckiest mother-in-law in the world. Her empty nest was filled by the love of her dogs Cooper and Larry. An avid classic rock and roll fan she constantly reminded us about good music and her love for the Rolling Stones was paralleled to none. She loved Lake Michigan and all of the surrounding great lakes and their beautiful beaches.

Taryn was born December 6, 1953 in Lansing the daughter of Leroy and Ilene Rettelle whom preceded her in death. Her grandparents, Bernice and Frank Waltz and Emma Merritt, also preceded her in death. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at 3 P.M. with Pastor Zachary Bartels officiating at Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing, MI. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Wednesday 1 hour prior to the service.
