Tim was predeceased by his father, William E. Watters. He is survived by his mother, Georgia Watters; loving sister and brother-in-law, Kathie and Joseph Gazdalski; nephew, Adam; niece, Jayne; and extended family and friends.
Tim grew up in Camden County, New Jersey, becoming a Michigan resident in 2000. He excelled as a librarian and worked at the Library of Michigan. A special highlight of his youth was living in Kyoto, Japan, for a year during his undergraduate studies at Wesleyan University, Connecticut. Please feel free to read an interesting book in Tim’s honor. He loved reading and his three spoiled cats.
