61, was born on November 16, 1956, in Detroit, MI. Tony went home to be with the Lord with his family surrounding him on January 29, 2018 in Arlington, Texas. Tony was a resident of Arlington, Texas for 12 years and was a native of Lansing, MI. He graduated from J.W. Sexton High School and attended Lansing Community College. Tony retired from General Motors after 35 years. He relocated in Arlington where he married the love of his life, Lisa Michelle Brown, to this union Tony's youngest child was born Tony Josiah Jenkins. Tony loved all of his children, and he was very proud of them. He enjoyed family gatherings and socializing with friends. Tony enjoyed cooking and grilling for his family. He also was very proud of Josiah who learned to swim at 5 months old and they spent hours at the pool in Texas. Tony loved watching educational programs on television and stayed informed with world events watching MSNBC. Although, living in Texas, Tony remained an avid MSU and the Detroit Lions Fan.

His parents, Guyroan and Mary Jenkins, preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Jenkins, and children, Tony T. (Tannya) Jenkins, Shateia Jenkins, Tomeyshia (Darryl) Walker, Tony Josiah Jenkins and Delante' Phillips; siblings Sandra (Harold) Grace, Iona (Eddie) Jackson, Mary (Bob) Latten, Guy Roger Jenkins, Virginia Hall, Aaron (Rose) Jenkins, Freddy Jenkins and Felicia Jenkins, several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Services are 11:00 am Feb. 10, 2018 at Paradise Missionary Baptist Church, 3403 Franette Rd, Lansing MI with visitation at 10:30 am. Family is being served by Tiffany Funeral Home. Friends may visit the guestbook at www.tiffanyfuneralhome.com
