Kraus, Carl L, 98 of Largo died Wednesday March 4th at Palm Garden od Largo. Born March 6, 1916 in Phildaelphia he was the son of Carl V. and Emily P Merkh Kraus. Carl came to Florida in 1977 from Aston and Pocono Summit in Pennsylvania. He was employed at Westinghouse Corp. in Lester, Pa. as a Industrial Engineer. He was a Mason at Chester Lodge #236 F&AM, also a member of the Scottish Rite from Valley of Tampa, member of the VFW #9272 of Seminole, Fl and a member of the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church of Largo, Fl. Survivors include a son, John D, daughter, Lorraine Bender, four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
