Norlander, Charlotte A., 81, of Belleair, passed away on June 10, 2011. Survived by son, John, daughter, Nancy Higginbotham (John), grandsons, Benjamin and Alex; sisters, Betty Wibben, Marjorie Aldeen (Duane), and Patricia Duffy. Memorial service graveside 10am June 25 at Serenity Gardens Memorial Park, Largo.
