

Ed was born February 21, 1935 to Henry and Rose (Budno) Madeline in Hubbard, OH.
On September 11, 1954 he married Constance (Connie) White and together they raised five children;
Katherine (Michael) Naples of Tully, NY, Susan (Anthony) Greco of Hubbard, OH, Mary McMurtrie, of Orlando, FL, Edward J. Madeline, Jr. of Hubbard, OH and Annette (Michael) Dehlinger of Orlando, FL
They, in turn, blessed them with 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Ed was a past member of St. Patrick’s Church, Hubbard, OH and current member of the Church in the Park @ Golden Gate Community, Pinellas Park, FL.
Ed was a hard-working, family man. Over the years he was employed by the Trumbull County Treasurer’s Office, General American Transportation Co. (GATX) as a welder, the Bessemer Limestone and Cement Co. as a laborer, as a Real Estate Agent, Street Department for the City of Hubbard and also served as the City of Hubbard Building Inspector.
Ed was a graduate of Hubbard High School and a lifelong Eagles fan. He was very active in the Hubbard community, serving as Chair of the Hubbard Homecoming Parade for a number of years and participating politically by serving as Precinct Committeeman and 4th Ward Councilman. As a young father, Ed was very involved in Hubbard Little League Baseball, most notably coaching the Braves at Jones Field.
Ed and his wife Connie retired to Florida where they enjoyed many happy years in the Golden Gate Retirement Community.
Ed’s proudest accomplishments were his 59 year marriage and his five children and their families.
Affectionately known as “Big Ed” he leaves his wife, Connie, his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his sister Rosemary “Sis” Angelo and brother John (Debbi) Madeline, all of Hubbard. Ed also loved and leaves a very large, extended family. He will be sadly missed by all.
In addition to his parents, Ed was preceded in death by his brother, Henry “Sam” Madeline.
