SOREL, Elizabeth Jane 82, of Largo died peacefully with family present on March 17, 2013. Liz was a great collector of friends and was happiest when entertaining and being entertained by them. She was fortunate to have many of her high school pals residing in her retirement complex. Her legacy to the family runs very deep. Her strength of will, personality, generosity and sense of humor will be sorely missed. She is predeceased by husband Edward and parents and step parents. Survivors include sons John (Cynthia) Sorel, James (Patty) Sorel, Clifford (Barbara) Sorel, brother William Acker, nephew Dean (Bonnie) Rice, stepbrother David, stepsister Marsha, grandchildren Eric (Sarah) Sorel, Jason Sorel, Elizabeth (Shane) Cenci, Lynn Sorel, Jimmy Sorel and great grandson Nicholas. There are no visitation hours planned. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Donations in her name may be given to a charity of choice.
