Eva Payne

Mrs. Eva Payne of Cullman, Alabama; formerly of Pinellas County, Florida passed away on Friday December 6, 2019. She was born on December 24, 1923 in Chester, Pennsylvania to Charles and Josephine Tymusczuk. She married the love of her life in Robert C. Payne Sr. in 1948 and they had five children together and had many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great–great grandchildren. She was known to her family as the one to always be there and help if someone was ever in need. Friends knew her as a shining star in this world. Her passion in life was sharing amazing stories and explaining to others about the things that her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren had accomplished in life; whether it be big or small. Her smile and laugh were infectious and if you were in the room, you could not contain the urge to laugh or smile. Her biggest legacy will be the amount of love she gave to all of the people that were lucky enough to meet her. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Josephine Tymusczuk, husband Robert C Payne Sr., brothers Edward Tymusczuk, Benjamin Tymuszcuk, Frank Tymusczuk, sisters Virginia Tymuszcuk Gibbons, Mary Tymusczuk Rodio, daughter Virginia Payne Goutremont Denby, grandson Matthew Lynn Goutremont, and great-great grandson William Magnus Caruthers. Survivors include: Brothers: Joseph Tymusczuk (Collingswood, NJ), Stanley Tymusczuk (New Hope, PA). Children: Mary (Frank) Giuliani (St. Petersburg, FL), Martha (John) Gierchak (Sharon, PA), Robert Payne Jr.(Topeka, KS), Patricia(Dana) Allen (Cullman, AL). Grandchildren: Patrick(Denise) Giuliani, Michelle (Susan) Chamness, John Gierchak III, Giovanna(Paul) Carney, Christopher Payne, Karen(Ayme) Gierchak, Chad(Kyleen) Kern, Christina(Joe) Thornburg, Melissa Payne, Michael Allen, Robert(Amy) Payne, Allissa Allen. Great Grandchildren: Dylan(Audrey) Caruthers, Robert Caruthers, Madeleine Gierchak, Lauryn Gierchak, Bailey Caruthers, R.J. Caruthers, Francesca Carney, Anna Giuliani, Gabriel Carney, Sean Carney, Angelus Caruthers, Ella Giuliani, John Gierchak IV, McKenzie Kern, Matthew Goutremont, and Gracie Payne. Great-Great Grandchildren: James Caruthers, Jackson Caruthers, and Jason Caruthers. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a local foster care center, or to families in need.
