WAGNER, Frank J., 84, of Clearwater, FL, died July 23, 2011 at Morton Plant Hospital, Clearwater. He leaves behind his wife of 57 years, Esther (Schalk); daughters, Alice (Steve) Emmett, Tierra Verde, FL; Donna (Robert) Paschen, Wildwood, MO and grandchildren, Jeffrey Emmett, Daniel Emmett and Sean Paschen. Frank was born February 6, 1927 at Tampa General Hospital, Tampa, FL to Frank and Alice (Healy) Wagner. He was a veteran who served with the occupational army in Europe following WW II. Once leaving the army, Frank returned home and attended the University of Miami. He then transferred to the University of Buffalo to complete his studies and graduate with a law degree. Frank then spent 34 years with Allstate Insurance retiring as chief counsel. After retirement, Frank and Esther returned to Florida where they have lived in Clearwater for the last 20 years. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the donors choice.
