76, of Belleair Beach passed away on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 peacefully with her family. Honey was born on November 9, 1940 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Jack & Florence Blum. She moved to this area in 1996 coming from Ohio. Honey was President of the Belleair Beach Ladies Luncheon Club, she supported the SPCA of Tampa Bay, a fabulous cook, loved to garden, enjoyed playing cards and loved watching the Tampa Bay Rays. Honey is survived by her loving husband of 56 years Merle L. Brouman of Belleair Beach, three daughters Carla (Robert) Bailey of Cleveland, Ohio, Stacey Brouman of Largo & Nicole (Gregory) Guy of Columbus, Ohio along with four grandchildren Gabriella, Eva, Grayson & Caroline and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be offered to the SPCA of Tampa Bay, 9099 130th Avenue, Largo, FL 33773. Memorial Services will be held Friday, July 14, 2017 at 2 pm at Serenity Funeral Home, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, FL, 727-562-2080.
