Jim was a master electrician and a lifelong member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). Jim opened and operated Gemini Imprint in Largo for over 15 years. His community work included district membership in the local Kiwanis and a board membership on the City of Largo's Public Works and Environmental Advisory Board.
In his free time and later in his retirement, Jim enjoyed golfing and woodworking. He was known as a "Jack of all trades". Jim searched out the best people and enjoyed his friendships with a wide variety of people throughout his 85 years.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents, George and Laura; his brothers, Richard and George; and his sister, Mae.
Jim is survived by his wife of 45 years, Mary Weiser Hannon. He leaves behind his two sons, Bob Hannon and Russell Hannon; his daughter, Sherry Resetar; three step-sons, Dan Anderson, John Anderson and Randy Anderson; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
