He is survived by his three children, John “Tom,” James “Jim,” and Catherine “Cathy”; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Jack served as a Jumpmaster paratrooper during the Korean War. He was a past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus and dedicated his career to public service. He served as Chief Administrator for the Narcotics Prosecutor in New York City and later as Assistant Commissioner for the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Catherine "Kitty" who passed in 2025.
