Joyce Ann Pereiro

She was the mother of four children, Darlene Beiner, Julianne Reyes, Michael Pereiro, Stephen Pereiro also the Grandmother to Brad Tottle, Ralph Reyes, Jefferey Reyes, Brittany Esposito, Alexis Pereiro, Brooke Pereiro, Hailey Pereiro, Michael Pereiro, and Katie Pereiro, and great grandmother to Taylor Reyes, Aiden Reyes, Konner Reyes, Olivia LaRea Reyes, Sawyer Reyes, Brandon Tottle, Jake Tottle, Sophia Tottle.

Joyce graduated from Bridgeport Connecticut, Central High School where she met the Love of her life Alveno (Julio) Pereiro

They lived in Trumbull Connecticut and when a business opportunity arose her and Julio packed up and moved to Florida where they opened a successful italian restaurant called Julio's. They were successful for 23 years and when they decided to retire Joyce wrote her first cookbook with recipes from their restaurant and family favorites

After Julio's passing Joyce went to live in Anderson S.Carolina with her son Stephen Pereiro until her death. Her daughter Julianne and son Stephen were by her side when she passed.

Joyce will be fondly remembered for her sense of humor, her love for chocolate, her keen business sense, her love of playing the lottery and those greyhounds! But nothing was greater than her love for her family and friends.

A Celebration of life with also be held in South Carolina in September

A visitation for Joyce will be held Wednesday, August 9, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Serenity Funeral Home, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, FL 33774 followed with a funeral service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM
