I met Kim in the third grade at High Point Elementary. We attended Largo Junior High and Largo Senior High schools together also.  She was a wonderful friend who always had a great smile.  My thoughts and prayers are with you Sonja, and your family.

Kim was one of those rare people who never met a stranger. She was a unique gem whose sparkle glittered on everyone she knew.

Please know that she will always and forever be with you.

I met Kim at work - 25 years ago.  I sat next to her......I heard her wonderful laugh, and knew I had to get to know her.  Looking back over the years, we became great friends, roommates and travelers.  She hated to fly, I hated to drive - she flew to California - we drove back - for a vacation adventure.  She was a bridesmaid in my wedding.  I went to her & Steve's wedding reception in St. Petersburg.  I've never met a more positive, kind person.  Dedicated to family and friends.  She was such a positive personality in my life.  I will truly miss her.  I feel lucky to have had her as a friend and that she introduced me into her circle of family & friends.

I am thinking of your mother whom I knew for so many years. She always spoke so highly of you and your sister.

Dear Kim,  I pray that somehow you can sense what I 'm about to write.  You were such a beautiful person Kim, both physically and mentally.  You never saw that about yourself, but it is so, so true. To describe you one would say you were "sweet", humble , faithful, dependable,so easy to be with,always grateful, and quick to compliment others. You had a way of always making me feel good about myself. I praise you for being so devoted to Steve.  Your love and care for him will always be appreciated by our family.  I am quite sure that your beautiful soul is with our brother right now.  You were my sister-in-law but more then that you were such a great friend.  You will be missed! I've known Kim for several years and it brings great saddness to hear of her death. Al and Sharon had been great friends of my mothers and Kim & I had become good friends. She almost always had a smile on her face and would brighten your day no matter how down you were. I have missed her a lot since she went back to Fla and will miss her always now.

We were shocked to hear of Kim's death.  We loved her dearly.  She has been a good friend since she and Steve first got together.  We went to their wedding and visited with them in their house in St Pete and also visited them in Tennessee.  She was also a joy to be around and always had a wonderful smile.  We have shared many great times with her and she will be greatly missed.  Her love for animals for truly awesome.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you.  God bless.

My husband worked for Kim & Steve for several years and I got to know Kim then, I cooked a lot for them She was so sweet and the best laugh.She will be missed.

I knew Kim, her husband and her parents from our Auction in Mountain City, Tn. They attended every auction for several years. I am so shocked by Kim's passing. She was always smiling, friendly and joking around. She will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I worked with Kim many years ago and was shocked to see her picture in the paper. I have thought of her often over the years and always remember cracking her up when I asked her if her cat and dog names were spanish.  She had named her cat.."C.A.T." (spelled out) and her dog "D.O.G. (spelled out) and I thought they sounded like some kind of a foreign language. Well, after she explained the names to me, we laughed our heads off.  I will always remember her kindness and her natural beauty and most of all her laughter.  Bless you, Kim and your family.
