Our hearts go out to all or you.  We have such wonderful memories of your time in Warren, and visits later.  Your dad had such a warm heart and happy soul, he truly filled his world with laughter.  Treasure those memories for he will always be with all of us.  You are in our prayers.

Our hearts go out to your family.  It's still so difficult for me to believe that my buddy of fifty-five years is no longer with us. Louie was not only a loving husband and father, but he was a unique person who absolutely gave pleasure to all who knew him.  From the "let's do something" of the 1950's to the "leave us a happy message" on your answering machine in 2010, he wanted life to be happy and for life to be fun for all with whom he came into contact. 
There is no one else like him, and our lives from here on out will have a mammoth void.
He was my college room mate an usher at our wedding and my jazz soul brother. But more than all that, he was our dear, dear friend for a long, long time and we will miss him greatly.

We only met Lou the once when he came to visit friends in Sheffield but we've heard so many stories of their family; holidays etc we feel we know him quite well. We were so sorry to hear of Lou's death and send our heartfelt sympathy to Nan and the family.

Louie is the all American guy who made such an impression on us from the UK.Without him our lives would not have been as exciting.A very warm and generous man who we got to share a friendship with that was all too short.He has left us with  lasting memories and a large group of American friends who whenever we meet we know that without Louie none of this would have been possible.

We cherish every moment we have had with Lou.  He was so kind and thoughtful and such a great person to spend time with.  We grew up together in Geneva, Ohio and he and Nancy have been so wonderful to me and my family.  He visited my mom in Ohio whenever he was there, and continued to be part of our family.
