Lucia Nataly Blanchard was born on August 8, 1986 in the city of Ancash, Peru. She attended school at Pedro Pablo before enrolling in a university where she made many friends. Lucia was the youngest of 7 children and loved to play with animals and other children. Lucia had planned to attend school to become a dental hygienist.
Even in her passing she was a kind, sweet and giving person, who brought joy to everyone she met. Lucia will be missed by her husband, family and friends.
