Patricia A Donnelly, nee: Chosta, age 72 of Clearwater FL passed away May 14, 2012 at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater. She was born in Worcester MA, and has been a Florida resident since 1989 coming from Cape Cod MA. She was a graduate of St. Peter's High School in Worcester and worked for the Christmas Tree Shops in West Dennis MA. Her crafts included needlepoint, pottery, stained glass, and quilting. She was also an excellent cook and baker. She loved and cared for her family. Upon moving to Clearwater she was employed for 20 years at Judy's Hallmark Store and was a member of the Hallmark Club and St. Catherine's of Sienna Catholic Church. Survivors include sons; Michael Stone Clearwater, Joseph Korsak Clearwater, Patrick Korsak Holyoke MA, brother Thomas Chosta Jr, and Sister, Kathleen and brother in law Omer Palardis both of MA, and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by husband Francis Donnelly, parents Thomas and Grace (Flynn) Chosta, sisters; Joan O'Donnell and Grace Leber, brother Kevin Chosta.
