Philippe was a grand and magnificent man and will be greatly missed.  I am very fortunate to have spent many occasions with him and my dear friend Julia.  Great conversations with great friends over food and wine, ahhh, the memories we cherish forever.  His life here was too short but it was rich and full and I am happy to have called him my friend.
