79, of Largo, slipped away peacefully December 29, 2010. She was born in Columbus, OH and moved to Largo in 1976 from Sacramento, CA. Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Riley Brasher, in 1996 and her son, Rick, in 2007. She is survived by her daughter, Vivian Litz and husband Michael; grandchildren, Jennifer Litz and Jimmy Litz and wife, Brandi; and 2 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Sun, Jan 2 at 1pm at Moss Feaster Funeral Home with graveside services at 2pm at Serenity Gardens Memorial Park. Condolences may be offered at www.mossfeasterlargo.com.
