I had the pleasure of working with Steve at Masterpiece Exteriors many years ago. I very much enjoyed my time working with him and all the other employees, including his daughters Brandi & Nikki. We had a lot of fun times in that office, of which I will always treasure. Steve was a great boss and friend. We kept in touch through out the years.  I am so saddened by his untimely death. My sincerest condolences go out to Kim and his children, his grandchildren, family & friends. This is such a profound loss for the people who loved him. I will always remember how proud Steve was when his son Ryan took up a love for cart racing. He did whatever it took to make sure Ryan got to experience that sport. That is a bond that can never be broken. He was always such a good dad to his kids and would do anything for them. I know that he will be sorely missed but know that he is with all of you every step of the way until you meet again.

Steve was a fun loving guy.  He was alway up for adventures.  Some of our last memories with Steve was just enjoying his company,  tell stories,  playing trivia and just laughing a lot.

We cherish our memories through the years of our time spent with you guys! Our first time visiting you and Steve in St. Petersburg with Charles and Cynthia and going to the beach and the time Steve borrowed his buddies boat and worked and worked so hard to get it to run so he could take us out for the day. Finally got it going, dropped it in the bay and it quit running and we got a tow! lol All in all still a Great Day in the bay! The best memory of all was the most recent one of us all going to Destin in February 2020. So much fun and laughter just enjoying our family time together! We Love You All So Much and Steve will Always Be in Our Hearts! 💕

Our deepest condolences to all of Steve's family. So many friends have passed in the last 4 years. And everyone of them have been a part of my youth. So many memories with each one. But Steve's was always mixed with laughter. I will miss you brother.

As Steve's uncle, I knew him from birth, but our age difference of only 9 years made us friends rather than the customary relationship of relatives.  We shared many laughs and a few tears over our many years.  He would sometimes ask my advise on things and I would help in any way I could.   I remember a time when he took my sons to a "questionable" club one night just to pull my chain.  We had a good laugh about it years later.  His smile and mildly wicked humor will be sorely missed by myself and the rest of my family.

I'm so sad that Steve has passed away. He's been such a good friend to me. Steve and I met in the early 80's and instantly became really good friends. We roomed together on the road selling insurance and those are some of the best memories of my life. I'm going to miss you Leachy Dog! Thanks for being my friend
