Steven R White

WHITE, Steven R age 79, of Seminole passed away at Arden Court Assisted Living Facility on July 26, 2010. He was born in Detroit, MI and relocated to Clearwater in 1988 coming from Grosse Ile MI. He was the owner and president of White Automotive Service Company which had multiple locations in the Detroit area. Mr. White was a graduate of the University of Michigan and a US Army veteran serving during the Korean War. He was a member of the Clearwater Yacht Club and Grosse Ile Yacht Club in Michigan where he served as past Commodore. He is survived by his wife of 57 years Mary Ann White, a son James R. White (Cheri), daughters, Janis McCarthy (Devin) and Carol Jugan (Michael). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services are scheduled for Friday July 30th at 1:30 pm at Anona United Methodist Church on Indian Rocks Road in Largo. Visitation hours for Mr. White will be held on Thursday July 29th from 2 to 5 pm at Moss Feaster Funeral Home Serenity Gardens Chapel in Largo 562-2080, www.mossfeasterlargo.com.
