Sue-Elyn F Cocker Hinchliffe

67, of Largo, Florida, passed away Jan. 2, 2013 at her home.

She was born Feb. 12, 1945 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the daughter of William and Elaine (Foulds) Cocker. She moved to Florida in 1984 from Gloucester City, New Jersey. She was a former administrative coordinator for Publix Supermarkets and formerly worked in the accounting department of the Hyatt Corporation. Sue-Elyn enjoyed traveling, horses, and all animals, especially her yorkie companion, Angel, but most of all, she enjoyed being around her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, G. Philip; a son, Scott E; and a sister, Elaine J. Sherman. She is survived by a son, Philip M; a sister, Sandra J. Williams; a niece, Deanna Hunt and her husband, Doug; nephews, Joseph Drach and his wife, Diane, Richard Drach and his wife, Colleen, David Drach and his wife, Sandra, and Kenneth Sherman, and many grand nieces and nephews.

Sue-Elyn will be laid to rest with her husband and son at Serenity Gardens Memorial Park in Largo, Florida. Funeral services will be private. Memorial donations may be made to Keene Terrace Baptist Church Youth Ministry, 1901 McMullen Road, Largo, FL 33771, or an S.P.C.A. near you.
