Thelma Parlato age 90, of Largo Florida passed away at Belleair Health Care Center in Largo on August 11, 2012. She was born in New Haven CT and moved to Hallandale FL in 1990, and subsequently to Largo in 2010. During her working years she was employed by the New York New Haven Hartford Railroad for over 20 years. Upon her retirement she became an avid bingo player. She is predeceased by husband Joseph Parlato. Survivors include a son Fred Parlato (Kathleen) of Largo, sisters; Elsie Capocasali of PA, and Mary Cimino of CT, two grandchildren; Tina Covensky (Michael) and Bobbi Aloisa (Keith), four great grandchildren; Morgan, Ryan, Dylan, and Justin and dear cousin Carol Esposito of CT. A graveside service at All Saints Cemetery in North Haven CT will be planned at a later date at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements in Florida are under the care of Moss Feaster Funeral Home Serenity Gardens Chapel in Largo.
