COSPER, Winifred (nee Collier) "Winnie" 76, passed away Oct. 10, 2010. Winnie retired to Indian Rocks Beach from Liverpool, NY and was very involved with the Indian Rocks Beach Library. She was Past President of the Indian Rocks Beach Friends of the Library. Winnie was preceded in death by her daughter, Karen, in 1978 and survived by her beloved husband of 54 years, Donald; sons, David of Liverpool, NY, Daniel of Rochester, NY, Peter and wife Jocelyn Mabie of Pennellville, NY and Christopher and wife Annemarie of Liverpool, NY; granddaughter, Heather Cosper and sister, Barbara Collier of St. Petersburg. Friends may call Friday, Oct. 15, from 1 to 3 pm at Moss Feaster Funeral Home in Largo 727-562-2080.
