She was born on September 10, 1950 in San Fernando Pampanga Philippines to Federico and Catalina Sanchez. She was the second child among their seven children.
Anita got married to Demetrio Vicente and recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on May 6, 2019. They were blessed with six children. Their family immigrated to the USA on April 10, 1992 and settled in the state of Hawaii and then later on moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. She worked at Pacific Poultry in Hawaii from May 1992 to 1999.
Anita was preceded in death by her parents and son Ranny.
She is survived by her loving husband Demetrio; five daughters namely Rica, Rhoda, Regina, Racquel and Rizalyn; and 13 grandchildren.
She was a highly dedicated wife, a very supportive mother and an ever-loving grandmother.
Anita's passion was cooking for her family, especially for her grandchildren's birthday parties. Being a Kapampangan, she was known as an excellent culinarian. Everybody who knew her will never forget her scrumptious and sumptuous specialties specifically Palabok and the like. She loved and enjoyed Filipino telenovelas and was also an avid fan of the Golden State Warriors. She was known to be extremely generous and kind.
She will be deeply missed.
