Billy Charles Burts Jr.

Billy Charles Burts Jr., 52, was born on the 22nd day of October 1966 to Connie Price and Billy Burts Sr. in Los Angeles, California. On December 22, 2018 Billy C. Burts Jr. died in a motorcyclist accident in North Las Vegas, Nevada at the intersection of Craig Road and Lamb Boulevard. He is survived by his husband Jeffrey G. Martinez-Burts; his stepdad Charles Price; and his siblings Mary Young, Billy Burts, Yolanda Ellison, Donna Burts, Earl Burts, Roland Burts, Tony Burts, Anita Burts, Sonya Burts, Shelley Kelly and his youngest baby brother Marlon Price; as well as countless nieces and nephews. He also is leaving behind is daughter Tytiana Burts and his fur baby, 7-year old chihuahua-dachshund Isis.

At the time of Billy's passing, he was working for the last 20+ years of his life as a school bus driver for CCSD. He often referred to the children on his bus as his "babies" and loved them very much! Billy was very well known and will be very much missed by every soul he touched…his neighbors, coworkers, and his family. He was often referred to as "Mr. Smell Goods" because of his love of colognes, he was also fond of the color blue, fashion, and going to the shooting ranges.

Billy's viewing will be held at Palm Eastern Mortuary on 7600 S. Eastern Ave., Las Vegas, Nevada 89123 on Thursday the 10th day of January, 2019 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.

His Funeral will be held at Saint Joseph Husband of Mary Roman Catholic Church on 7260 W. Sahara Ave., Las Vegas, Nevada 89117 on Friday the 11th day of January, 2019 at 10:00am with his burial to follow at Palm Eastern Cemetery at 12:00pm.
