Byron, along with his family, relocated to Las Vegas, NV in 1989. Byron attended schools in the Clark County School District, completing his education in 2002 when he graduated from Desert Pines High School.
Byron was a jack of all trades. Although he never attended any trade school, he would master any job that he put his hands to. He worked in welding with his bonus dad, worked on race cars and was actually good at repairing them. Byron also worked in various barbershops around the city until his passing.
Byron enjoyed playing cards, cracking jokes, and being a big kid at heart. One of his pastime favorites was getting on the grill. “You ain’t had no barbecue if Byron didn’t cook it.” Byron loved being the life of the party. It was all fun and laughter whenever Byron showed up.
Byron was well loved by his family and those who knew him. Byron made sure to stay close to his family as well as be a great father to his children. Not only was Byron hands on with his children, he made sure that each and every one of them knew what they meant to him.
Byron was preceded in death by his grandparents Mitchell Ford, Dan Dupree, Estella Jamerson, and Ella Goodall; brothers Dan Christmas Jr., Devin Christmas, and Derrick Davis; one sister Tiffany Davis and daughter Ketora Ransey.
