Carlos Rios, 81, of Las Vegas, passed away September 2, 2016. He was born December 3, 1934 in Havana, Cuba. He moved to the United States in 1967 and was a 42-year resident of Las Vegas. Carlos worked as a staff manager for the Monte Carlo casino. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by the love of his life, Katsuko; his brothers, Arturo and Serafine; his son, Carlos Jr.; and three grandchildren, Chelsea, Carlos III, and Hannah. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, September 14th at 2:00 PM at Palm Southwest Mortuary, 7979 W. Warm Springs Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89113.
