Catherine Timinski

For those that knew Cathy knew that she never met a stranger in her life and loved deeply with her entire soul. Her heart was so big, so full of love and laughter for everyone she met.

She was born in Edmonton in October of 1952 where she grew up with her parents, one brother and five sisters. In 1978, she was working at Alberta Power and met her love Brad. The rest, as they say, is history.

Cathy and Brad were married on March 16, 1979. She became a Mom to Jessie in 1982 and later welcomed Jordan in 1986.

In 2000, Brad and Cathy made the decision to pack up the family and head south to Las Vegas. It was perfect for Cathy; she had warm sunshine all the time and tennis courts around every corner beckoning her on. Tennis was her thing, and if she got even a small inkling that you played tennis - she would challenge you to a game!

Besides her family and friends, her grandchildren filled her heart with the most joy. She was never too busy for them, would take them on special Grams dates and lived for their hugs and stories.

We will never understand why she was taken from us too early, but we will love and miss her every single day.
