Christopher was born in the Philippines to his parents, Florentino and Pilar Lapuz.
He graduated from CSUN with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. After graduating he accepted a great job at a big company in LA which offered a lot of opportunities for growth and advancement. Christopher was such a caring person that a year later he was notified that his father was dying and his mother was ill and frail and needed assistance. Selflessly he gave up his position in LA and moved to Las Vegas so he could take care of his parents and be there with them in their final moments.
After both us parents passed away he sought employment but he was unable to find any full time options due to the recession. Christopher is such a hard worker that he ended up finding about 3-4 part time jobs so he could make ends meet. He ended up being offered the position of Sales Director for Shoes for Crews.
He was in this position for about 2 years until he was unfortunately injured while working. He continued to work for another 7 days in spite of his injury to complete his assignment. As a result of the injury he became disabled and was in much pain throughout 18 months as his wound would not heal and ultimately his fingers had to be amputated.
The wound finally healed and he decided to change his profession, he began studies in medicine at Pima Medical Institute where he graduated after a year delay due to the COVID-19 shutdown. In 2021 when businesses and schools were allowed to re-open he found work at Intermountain Healthcare as a Medical Assistant.
Christopher enjoyed the outdoors, he loved riding a bicycle, listening to music and spending time with friends. In life no matter what Christopher faced he was always able to battle through and would never give up. He is remembered as a loving son, caring and protective brother and very loyal friend.
