Cindy Oaks, 29, of Las Vegas, passed away Aug. 13, 2010. She was born Nov. 17, 1980, in Las Vegas, and was a 24-year resident of Nevada. She was employed as a cocktail waitress by the Encore and Wynn Hotels respectively for the past five years. Prior to that, she worked at the Hard Rock Hotel. She was a graduate of Cimarron High School. Cindy is survived by her parents, Bradley (Lisa) Oaks of Las Vegas and Kimberly Cole and Robert Cole of Kingman, Ariz.; siblings, Lisa (Steve) Martin of Las Vegas, Megan and Dillon Oaks of Las Vegas; and Robert Jr., Jessica and Joseph Cole of Kingman; two nieces; three nephews; several grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and wonderful friends; and her Jeremy. Viewing will be from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 20, with services following, at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Donations can be made to Salvation Army/Angel Tree Foundation, P.O.
