Clarence “Claire” Quibuyen Balino, age 52, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on Saturday, April 26th. Claire was born on December 9, 1972 in Badoc, Philippines to Bernardo Quibuyen and the late Juanita Quibuyen. Claire was a loving spouse of Randy Balino for 24 years, and cherished parent to Kaylan Balino and Kody Balino. Claire was a happy and kind-hearted woman and she will be dearly missed by those who knew her. Her legacy of love and laughter will continue to inspire those who were fortunate to share her life.
Claire is survived by her husband, Randy Balino; children, Kaylan Balino and Kody Balino; father, Bernardo Quibuyen; and brothers, Joselito (Gefelyn) Quibuyen and Jesus (Marianne) Quibuyen.
A visitation for Clarence will be held Saturday, May 10, 2025 from 12-2:00PM at Palm Southwest Mortuary, 7979 W. Warm Springs Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89113, followed by a funeral service at 2PM.
