Cynthia "Cindy" ( Campbell) Eastwood

She leaves her husband John A. Eastwood of 37 years of marriage; her two children; six grandchildren; and four great-grand children…her son Mark Hennequin and his wife Randee and their two children Ashley and Cody; and she leaves her daughter Beverly Hilliker and her husband Jim and their two children Cayden and Hannah. Beverly had two children from a previous marriage, a daughter Airreal Lopez and her husband Ryan with their two children Addison and Jacob; and son Joshua with his two children River and Lennon. Cindy also leaves a brother David and wife Sally and their two sons. Cindy was so proud of her family and loved each and everyone of them.

Cindy graduated from Rockville High School in Connecticut and graduated with honors from The Connecticut School of Cosmetology. She worked as a hairdresser and cosmetician. Cindy was a very religious person, who had spent her life helping others. She loved to send cards to her family and also to people ill or in need. Cindy and John first met on a blind date in 1959. John went into the Air force and they continued their romance for several years until John was sent to England. Both went their separate ways. In 1981, John returned to Connecticut to go to automotive school after retiring from the Air Force. A friend of Cindy's asked her what ever happened to her old boyfriend and talked her into making a call. She did and the romance was rekindled. They were married in Las Vegas on July 8, 1981 and have been inseparable ever since. They resided in Ellington, Connecticut for several years before moving to Las Vegas, where they lived for over 30 years.

A visitation will be held from 10:00am to 12:00 noon followed by a funeral service at Palm Eastern Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada on October 30, 2018. Burial will be at Maplewood Cemetery in Norwich, Connecticut on November 7, 2018 at 11:00am.
