Denise Cohen Galkin, 83, a retired math professor, of Henderson, passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
Denise was born on December 19, 1941, in Pittsburgh, PA, to Martha (nee Abramowitz) and Samuel Cohen. She is predeceased by her parents and husband, and is survived by his daughter, Lisa Carver (Wayne); brother, Charles Cohen (Lenore); and granddaughter, Alexis Carver. A graveside service will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, October 3, 2025, at King David Memorial Cemetery, 2697 E. Eldorado Lane, Las Vegas, NV. King David Memorial Chapel handled the arrangements.
