Born on May 9, 1946, in Schenectady, New York, Donna was the cherished daughter of Doris and Donald Draper. She grew up in a close-knit family and carried the values of kindness, strength, and devotion with her throughout her life.
Donna pursued her calling in nursing school, dedicating herself to caring for others with compassion and skill. It was during her early adult years that she met the love of her life, Dr. Leonardo “Len” Naval. Together, they built a life filled with devotion, laughter, and shared dreams.
After their marriage, Donna and Len settled in Saratoga Springs, where they lovingly raised their children and created countless cherished memories. In 1987, they relocated to Henderson, Nevada, where they enjoyed their retirement years together, embracing new friendships and the warmth of the desert sun.
Donna’s greatest joy was her family. She had a deep passion for cooking and baking, and her kitchen was always a place of comfort, delicious aromas, and heartfelt conversation. Holidays and family gatherings were especially dear to her, as she delighted in bringing everyone together around the table. Beyond her role as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Donna treasured the laughter and lifelong friendships she cultivated over the years.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Leonardo Naval; her parents, Donald and Doris Draper; and her siblings, Derek and Drew Draper.
