Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 20, 2024 at 10:00 am, with Committal Service following at 10:30 am, at King David Memorial Chapel & Cemetery, 2697 E. Eldorado Ln, Las Vegas, NV.
Ed graduated from Freemont High School and San Jose State University. He pursued journalism after graduation, but soon found his gift as the consummate salesman, and spent his career in sales. He sold printing services to countless clients and for numerous employers over the years, adapting and evolving as paper gave way to software.
Ed was a devoted family man, a real estate and car afficionado, and a football fanatic. His ready laugh, his treasure trove of stories, and his search for the next great deal will be missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Minnie (nee Lipson) Levine; his first wife, Karen Levine (nee Basum); and his daughter Jocelyn Levine. He is survived by his second wife, Alma Levine (nee Friedhoff); his children Craig Levine (Tina) and Lesley Levine (Jason); his stepchildren Elizabeth Raba (Bryan), Veronica Ziac (Martin), and Stanley Raba (Korawich); grandchildren Justin Kirkwood (Amy), Vincent Levine (Amber), Joseph Levine (Karen), Desiree Repp (Jeremiah), Cameron Kitzmiller (Courtney), Amber Kitzmiller, and Benjamin Lunardi; step-grandchildren Catherine Boyd (Stephen), Julia Ziac, Madeline Bell (Brian), Nathaniel White (Kendra), Benjamin White, and Abraham Raba Galarza; and great-grandchildren, Tatum and Tanner Levine, Liliana and Jonah Repp, Naomi and Maeve Kirkwood, Ace Levine, and Henry Kitzmiller.
The family requests that memorial donations in Edward's memorial be sent to Susan G. Komen for the Cure or Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Hospice in Conway, South Carolina.
