Edward was born in Milwaukee, WI on December 24, 1940 to Belle Miller (nee Moroff) and Herman Mintz and was a Las Vegas resident over 35 years. He is preceded in death by his parents and survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Rona (nee Shikora); daughter, Julie McInerney (Haven); two sons, Harold Mintz (Becky) and Ricky Mintz (Mami); three grandchildren, Bailey Starr (Luther), Steven Mach, and Jack Mintz; and one great-grandchild, L.J. Starr V. A funeral service will be held at 12:30PM on Friday, February 9, 2024 at King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 E. Eldorado Lane, Las Vegas NV followed by burial at Palm Eastern Cemetery. Memorial donations in Edward’s memory may be made to the Jewish National Fund.
