I don't know why Rico now came into my thoughts as I have not seen him in over 40 years.   He taught me the shoe sales business when I was only 18 years old and he had returned from service.  We also attended  Northeastern together. He was a fair, funny and deep thinking man with that shiny black hair and eyes.  I am so sorry to know he has passed. May his memory be eternal.

My condolences on the loss of "Rico".  A great person I met in 1986 working at Thom McAnn shoes on State Street in Chicago.  Rico was an unbelievable person.  Gave the greatest advice.  He will truly be missed.

Rico, a sincere, passionate, dedicated professional, and dear friend I will always remember with deep respect and love. May his soul enjoy the eternal and everlasting love and peace into the  hands of the creator who is always love and merciful. 

Rico was a kind & warm man! I sat across from him at work for several years, I learned so much from him & Ill be forever grateful for his friendship 

My prayers are with Enrico's family, may God send the comforter to carry then through this time of grieving

I was lucky enough to work with Rico at the Cook County Juvenile Court for 16 years. He was my friend, my mentor, my college, my training-travel buddy, and so much more. 

Rico would open his house to us for unit meetings. He would work the grill and Rose would be the hostess. All while sharing and discussing how to better serve the young people in our care. They would also accompany us to outings -- Like the Drag Bar Trip -- and have more fun than people half their age. 

Rico was an amazing officer, friend, and father. He was already missed at the court, and with his passing, I believe the world is so much darker.

Rose, Brian, what family Rico has left at the Court will mourn him as much as I do.
