Evelyn Schwartz, 83, of Henderson, NV, passed away on Saturday June 7, 2014. She was born on October 9, 1930 in New York, New York to Aladar and Helen Bernath. She is predeceased by her husband of 62 years , Irving Schwartz. Evelyn is survived by her daughter, Randy Jones of McLean , VA; son, Steven Barbro of Studio City, CA; four grandchildren, Samantha Mayer, Renee Thomson, Dana Mayer, and Matthew Barbro; two great-grandchildren, Ilea and Douglas; niece and nephew, Judy Sokolow and Marvin Sussman of New York City; cousin, Honey Weiss of Henderson, NV. She is also survived by one other daughter, Penny Postelnek , three grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren, all of Aberdeen, NJ. Evelyn was an eternal romantic who is now finally at peace. Funeral services will held at 1:00pm on Wednesday June 11, 2014 at King David Memorial Chapel. Burial followed at King David Memorial Cemetery.
