Felix B. Garcia passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 28, 2020. He was a man of adventure, stories, smiles, and love. Migrating to Canada in the 1970’s he later made his home in the United States. He was an entrepreneur and found passion serving the Lord. A loving husband, father of three, grandfather of ten and friend. He will truly be missed.
