Frances Viscuglia, age 90, died peacefully on February 22, 2026 in her long-time Las Vegas home. An only child, Frances was born on March 24, 1935 in her beloved New York City and went on to raise 6 children of her own, preceded in death only by her son, Warren. Her love of family, travel and the arts came second only to Frances’ love of her Father and Creator. She believed faith is something you live every day, not just to proclaim on Sunday, and she put those words into action her entire life.
Frances leaves behind children Francesca Mannino, Kevin Clark, Brian Clark, Kieran Clark and Francine Mazzella, her six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and many friends.
Services will be held on Sunday, March 8, 2026 at 10 a.m. at Palm Eastern Mortuary & Cemetery, 7600 S. Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123. In honor of Frances's life-long faith, donations may be made to Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN).
