

Frank Joseph Benincasa, 62, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away with dignity at home on Saturday, October 18th, 2014 after a long and valiant battle with cancer. Born in Kingston, New York to Pete and Juanita Benincas, he was a long time resident of Las Vegas. Frank was preceded in death by his father Pete. He is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Trudy, and their beautiful children, Kara (Jed) Tucker, Reid (Staci), Arielle (Tony) Zanello and Preston. He is survived by his mother, Juanita, his sister-in-law, Marsha Russell, and his brother, Tom (Mary). He is also survived by his grandchildren Isaac, Mia, Scarlett and Sadie. Lastly he loved his furry children Joey, Jett, Dakota and Molly. Frank was the president of Reider Cove Products. He patented and marketed the best shoreline anchor in the world. He was passionate about business as he was passionate about going out to dine. Going to the movies and shows, reading, doing activities with the children and grandchildren were always high on Frank’s life. He loved baseball and especially the Yankees, and talking about it with family and friends. Always fun loving, he was a gentleman with style and elegance. His kind demeanor and consideration for others made him very well-liked by everyone that met him. Frank was a very charming man. A special thank you to the people at Harmony Hospice in Las Vegas for their loving care and support. Also thanks to the family and friends, and Kevin and Kari, that lent support to Frank and the family during these final months. Funeral services will take place at King David Cemetery, 2697 East Eldorado Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89120, on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at 12:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family asked to send donations in Frank’s memory to the Animal Network of Las Vegas, a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned animals, from shelters and owners who can no longer care for them.
