Kim, Gary H., 69, of Kailua, HI. Born June 18, 1947 at Queens Hospital. Passed away March 23, 2017, in Las Vegas, NV. He was retired from Clark County School District, previously employed by Oahu transit system and Bank of Hawaii, where he held positions in the IT department. Survived by wife Audrey; brothers Michael and Mark (Carrie) Kim; sister Merle (John) Kiehle; daughter Shayne Rucknagel and son Gary Kim Jr.; grandchildren, Brianna, Marshall, Rachel and Parker; many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his parents Paul and Patsy Kim and brother Milton Kim. Gary served in the United States Army for 12 years during the time of the Vietnam War, receiving many medals and Military Honors. He always enjoyed fishing and bowling. Inurnment in the Veteran’s Section of Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery in Kaneohe at 1:30 pm, on Tuesday, April 18, 2017, casual attire. Family requests no flowers. Donations will be made by the family to the Disabled American Veterans.
